Dr. Po-Chih Kuo is a Postdoctoral fellow in the functional neuroimaging lab at Institute of Statistical Science, Academia Sinica. He received his B.S. in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Cheng Kung University and recieved his Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Computer Science and Engineering at National Chiao Tung University under joint supervision of Professor Yong-Sheng Chen and Professor Li-Fen Chen. He has focused on applying non-linear dimension reduction methods and feature extraction algorithms for high-dimensional neuroimaging data such as MEG and EEG. He is currently developing statistical and machine learning methods for analyzing fMRI data as well as conducting real-life EEG and fMRI experiments.
