Complex Dynamic Systems Lab(CDSL)

Our lab specializes in innovative modeling techniques and data-driven approaches for next-generation data science applications.
Our main thrust is on the modeling and clustering of data from complex systems such as climate change and brain function.

Current Research

  2. A novel wireless magnetic resonance device for optogenetic experiments (Tsai, Huang & Shy)
  3. Hyperbolic transformation to normality (Tsai, Liou & Cheng)
  4. Software for real-life EEG and fMRI signal processing (Liou, Tsai, Cheng & Chang)
  5. Mutual information identity for categorical data analysis (Cheng, Liou & Chang)
