ARTHUR C. TSAI is an Associate Research Fellow. He received his PhD
degree in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan
University. His current research work is developing and improving
methods for estimating EEG/MEG brain sources, and EEG/MEG signal
processing. His software named EMSICA is a main EEG/MEG analysis
tool combining source imaging and signal processing . His research
interests include human learning and memory, EEG source analysis,
independent component analysis, artificial neural network models, theory
of learning processes, and neuro-fuzzy systems.
